We are looking for energetic, supportive and inspiring individuals to join our residential support teams in our student houses in Ventnor.  We are interested in applicants who may wish to work full our part time. Successful applicants will have a flexible, enthusiastic approach and experience of working with children/young people and as part of a team.  Patient, motivated and with a good sense of humour, candidates will be caring and able to make decisions that support the development of life skills for our students.  
An NVQ 3 in health and social care is desirable – or a willingness to work towards this. 

Term Time Only.
There may be shift work, depending on the hours worked. Roles are available in our school/college and Post 19 provision. Permanent and Fixed Term Roles available. £11.80 per hour.
