We are looking for an energetic, supportive and inspiring individual to join our residential support team in our student houses in Ventnor. We are interested in applicants who may wish to work full or part-time. Successful applicants will have a flexible, enthusiastic approach and experience of working with children/young people and as part of a team. Patient, motivated and with a good sense of humour, candidates will be caring and able to make decisions that support the development of life skills for our students.

An NVQ 3 in health and social care is desirable – or a willingness to work towards this.
