We are looking for a Charity Business Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of the charity's finance, governance, estates, ICT, marketing and administrative functions, enabling the Principal and senior leadership team to focus on educational and therapeutic leadership. The Charity Business Manager ensures that all business operations of the charity are professionally managed, compliant, sustainable, and aligned with its values and long-term vision. This role will include strategic business management across all non-educational aspects of the organisation (excluding the Residential element).

This role offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact in a specialised educational charity, leading business operations that directly support life-changing work with young people with complex speech language and communication needs.

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 (depending on experience) Contract: 52 weeks @ 35 hours/week.
