We are looking for energetic, supportive and inspiring individuals to join our residential support team in our student houses in Ventnor. We are interested in applicants who wish to work 30+ hours per week. We are looking for people who can work evenings with a 9pm (latest) finish. Successful applicants will have a flexible, enthusiastic approach and experience of working with children/young people and as part of a team. Patient, motivated and with a good sense of humour, candidates will be caring and able to make decisions that support the development of life skills for our students.
